Your credit score is a measurement of how your private economy is doing. Keeping track of it over time and continually striving to improve it is something we urge everyone to do! We fetch your credit score from UC (Upplysningscentralen) and it is updated regularly, this score is something the banks look at when they analyze you as a customer, for example if you do a mortgage application.

Is a credit check taken due to me using the Sambla app?
No! No credit checks are taken when you log into the Sambla app. Note that if you do a loan application a credit check will be taken.
Is it free to use the Sambla app?
That is correct! It’s completely free to use the Sambla app.
How frequently is my data updated?
The credit score is updated once a month, but your debts can be updated as frequently as daily depending on what bank(s) you have.
I’ve paid of a debt, why is it still showing in the app?
It can take up to two months before the paid of debt disappear from the overview. This is because some banks processes of updating this data to UC takes time which also affects us since we’re fetching the data directly from UC.
